Micro Pressure Prv

Micro Pressure Pressure
Reducing Valve

+
A Micro Pressure Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) is a specialized valve designed to regulate and maintain very low, precise pressure levels in fluid systems. It is typically used in applications where ultra-low pressure control is crucial, such as in laboratory environments, medical equipment, or sensitive industrial processes.
Valve Body Material Stainless Steel #316, suitable for fluid, air, and oil
Diaphragm Size Larger diaphragm is more sensitive to pressure
Pressure Adjusting Range 0.02 ~ 0.2 Kgf/cm2

Maximum Applied Pressure 10 Kgf/cm2
Low Pressure Prv

Low Pressure
Reducing Valve

+
Low pressure PRVs ensure consistent and accurate regulation of fluid pressure, preventing fluctuations that can damage sensitive equipment. With proper pressure regulation, the risk of pipe bursts, leaks, and other failures due to excess pressure is minimized, enhancing system safety.

Silent Safety Valve

Silent Safety Valve

+
A Silent Safety Valve is a type of safety valve designed to operate quietly while providing the necessary pressure relief to prevent damage to equipment in high-pressure systems. These valves are typically used in applications where noise reduction is crucial, such as in residential, commercial, or industrial environments that require pressure relief without the loud noise often associated with traditional safety valves.
Pressure / Temperature
Temperature 80 °C ( For Water ) / 180 °C ( For Steam )
Maximum Working Pressure 21 Kg/cm2, Inlet
Pressure Adjusting Range 0.5 ~ 10 Kgf/cm2 / 10 ~ 20 Kgf/cm2

Spring Loaded Safety Valve

Spring Loaded Safety Valve

+
A Spring Loaded Safety Valve is a type of safety valve that uses a spring mechanism to control the opening and closing of the valve, providing pressure relief in systems when the pressure exceeds a set limit. It is commonly used in various industrial and commercial applications to protect pressure vessels, pipes, and other equipment from damage caused by excessive pressure.
Automatic Pilot Operated Prv

Automatic Pilot Operated Prv

+
An Automatic Pilot Operated Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) is a type of pressure reducing valve that automatically regulates and maintains system pressure by using a pilot valve mechanism. It is commonly used in high-pressure systems that require precise and stable pressure control over a wide range of flow rates. The pilot valve controls the main valve without the need for manual adjustment, making it ideal for systems that require continuous and precise pressure regulation. Pilot operated PRVs are suitable for applications with high flow rates, offering better flow control compared to simpler spring-loaded valves.
Motorized Flow Control Valve

Motorized Flow Control Valve

+
A Motorized Flow Control Valve is an advanced valve used to regulate the flow of fluids or gases in a pipeline or system. It is controlled by an electric motor, which adjusts the valve's position to maintain or modify the flow rate according to the system's needs. These valves are commonly used in industries that require automated flow control and precise regulation, such as HVAC systems, water treatment plants, and chemical processing.
Operation Electric motor control for automatic flow regulation
Control System PLC, DCS or other remote control systems

Working Principle Of Pressure Reducing Valve

The fluid enters the valve at a higher pressure through the inlet port.

The PRV has a diaphragm or piston that senses the downstream pressure (outlet pressure). The diaphragm is typically connected to a spring that applies force against it.

The valve is designed to maintain the downstream pressure at a constant level. When the downstream pressure rises above the set point, the spring compresses the diaphragm or piston, causing the valve to close or restrict the flow of fluid.

If the downstream pressure drops below the desired level, the diaphragm or piston moves, allowing the valve to open, permitting more fluid to flow and increase the pressure.

The adjusting screw allows for fine-tuning the set pressure. When the downstream pressure reaches the preset value, the valve modulates between opening and closing, maintaining a stable output pressure.

As the inlet pressure fluctuates, the PRV automatically adjusts the size of the opening to maintain consistent output pressure. This ensures that the downstream system receives fluid at the desired pressure, regardless of variations in the input pressure.
